Aasar Cloud operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the Services, including placing an order, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

2. ELIGIBILITY & USER RESPONSIBILITY

By using our Services, you confirm that:

You are solely responsible for:

4. ORDERS, ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

  • Order confirmation is issued by Aasar Cloud

  • Limit quantities per customer or region

  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or operational limitations

Once an order is accepted, cancellation is not guaranteed.

5. PRICING, TAXES & PAYMENTS

  • Prices are displayed in applicable currency and are subject to change

  • Prices exclude applicable taxes, shipping fees, COD charges, or express delivery fees unless stated

  • Express Delivery Fee: ₹40 (where selected)

You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information.
We are not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, gateways, or third-party providers.

6. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK TRANSFER

Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Once the order is handed over to the logistics partner:

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, strikes, customs, or force majeure are not our liability

Incorrect or incomplete delivery details may result in failed delivery, delays, or additional charges.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy.

Aasar Cloud reserves the right to:

  • Reject returns not meeting eligibility criteria

  • Deduct shipping, handling, or restocking costs

  • Refuse refunds in cases of misuse, damage, or policy abuse

8. USE OF SERVICES – PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

  • Misrepresent identity or payment information

  • Attempt to bypass security systems

  • Interfere with website functionality

  • Upload malicious code or exploit vulnerabilities

  • Copy, resell, scrape, or commercially exploit content without authorization

Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.

11. SHOPIFY PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

Aasar Cloud operates independently on the Shopify platform.
All transactions are solely between you and Aasar Cloud.

Shopify bears no responsibility or liability for products, services, disputes, or transactions.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Services and products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”

  • We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for purpose

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Aasar Cloud shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

  • Delays, delivery failures, or third-party actions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
