Return, Refund & Replacement Policy – Aasar Cloud

At Aasar Cloud, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Return Eligibility

We offer returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The product must be in original condition with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact

  • Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is mandatory

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personal care, health, and wellness products once opened or used

  • Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling

  • Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers

  • Gift cards or digital products


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us at service@aasarcloud.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with:

  • Clear images or video of the product

  • Images of outer and inner packaging

  • Order ID

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.


Return Process

  1. Email us at service@aasarcloud.com with your order details and reason for return

  2. Our team will review and approve the request (if eligible)

  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared

  4. Do not send products without approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted


Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item), return shipping will be borne by Aasar Cloud

  • For all other returns, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned item

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after inspection

  • Shipping charges (including express delivery fees) are non-refundable


Express Delivery Charges

  • Express delivery is an optional paid service

  • A flat ₹40 charge applies for express delivery

  • Express delivery fees are non-refundable once the order is dispatched


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, please return the product and place a new order separately.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

  • Express delivery orders may be dispatched faster and may not be eligible for cancellation


European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
